On April 12th, the Party branch of Anhui Juli Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. held a democratic life meeting for the first quarter of 2024. The meeting demanded that in the Party building work, any employee whose words or thoughts are inconsistent with the Party building must be regarded as a principle for assessment in the enterprise's human resources work, and the core guidance of the Party building ideology in the enterprise's business philosophy should be adhered to.
The meeting emphasized that the branch should understand the key points of work of each department of the enterprise and reasonably customize activity themes, continuously synchronize business activities with Party building activities, put the annual series of business work plans led by Party building on the agenda and carry them out in an orderly manner. We should focus on addressing the key and difficult issues in the operation and development of enterprises, making up for shortcomings, strengthening weak points, consolidating the foundation and highlighting advantages.
