Product Overview
Vaner rubber (also known as Vaner sealing rings/valve body cups) is the core soft sealing component of Vaner assemblies for drilling mud pumps and high-pressure plunger pumps (fracturing pumps/cementing pumps). It is mainly installed on a metal vane body and plays a crucial role in high-pressure sealing against leakage by high-frequency impact adhesion with the conical surface of the vane seat. The Vaner rubber sheets produced by our company are made of special high-molecular polyurethane (PU) and high-quality synthetic rubber materials. They are produced through strict modification formulas and Vulcanization (vulcanization) processes, featuring extremely high tear strength, wear resistance, extrusion resistance and resistance to medium corrosion. They can effectively extend the overall service life of Vaner assemblies.
