Product Overview
The vane seat (valve seat) of the plunger pump/fracturing pump is the core control component of the high-pressure hydraulic end system, and it forms a high-pressure and high-frequency conical surface seal in combination with the vane body. The valve seats produced by our company are forged from high-quality 20CrMnTi/8620H and special high-strength alloy steel. They undergo precise CNC machining and advanced carburizing and quenching heat treatment processes, featuring extremely high surface hardness, impact wear resistance and fatigue cracking resistance. It can adapt to extreme on-site working conditions of oil and gas Wells such as high pressure, large flow rate and high sand content (acid washing/cementing/fracturing).

When placing an order, please provide the model of the plunger pump/fracturing pump (such as TWS 600 or SPM 2250) and the Vall specification (such as 4# or 5#).
